This shuttlecock let me experience the dangers of working with epoxy. A deep pour, like this is, can cause smoke and fire. It did cause smoke but no fire. The brown parts of the feathers had been white, but has been burned brown within the epoxy. 

 

Materials: Shuttlecock, brass, steel, epoxy and a bit of a scare.
